Trim ends off of Broccolini. Toss with oil, salt and pepper and place on baking pan. Place into preheated oven for 11 to 14 minutes, or until Broccolini is tender but still crisp.
While Broccolini is cooking, place almonds on another baking pan covered in parchment paper and spread into a thin layer. Drizzle honey over almonds and sprinkle lightly with a bit of salt. Add to oven and cook for 4 to 7 minutes until almonds are toasted and caramelized with the honey. Remove both trays from oven when complete.
To serve, place Broccolini on serving tray and sprinkle honey almonds over top. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles.
