Preheat oven to 350° F.
Slice each jalapeño in half and remove seeds and membrane with a spoon. Set aside.
In small bowl, mix together blue cheese, cream cheese and buffallo wing sauce. Using a small spoon, fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
Place crushed french fried onions into small, shallow bowl. Daub each cheese-filled jalapeño half into onions, rocking to fully coat the cheese; place on cookie sheet. When all are done, place in oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese is melty and warm all the way through. Serve hot.
